Senior Service Desk Analyst, work from home, circa £30k + benefits
Bored of commuting? Would rather work from home in your own office? If you are technical minded and have full Windows Support experience, covering all the usual 2nd line tickets; AD, Office, Web, Hardware / Software, Networks etc. and easily learn bespoke systems, have understanding and likely qualifications of ITIL, please apply.
Head office is in in the South, and there will be some occasional travel if need to go to the office, but work can from home can now be forever.
Communication everyone will be key; both will your colleagues and users. As always, users have a varied level and understanding of computing and IT, so patience and clarity is important.
Normal service desk 2nd line duties will be your day to day (jumping in with 1st and 3rd when needed). You’d be the escalation point for 1st line.
